SUR is an independent publishing house born in Rome in 2011, which publishes new voices and contemporary classics. Initially specialized in Latin American literature, from the end of 2015 proposes fiction and non-fiction translations from English. Some of the published authors are: Colson Whitehead, Julio Cortázar, Roberto Bolaño, Ali Smith, Zadie Smith, Bernardine Evaristo, Cristina Rivera Garza.
