The Invitation Program will be held on the 4th and 5th of December 2024.

Who can apply?
The Invitation Program is open to foreign publishers and literary agents of all literary categories, interested in exploring new opportunities, making contacts, and negotiating with Italian publishers. A total of around 35 applicants will be selected.
Priority will be given to: potential buyers looking for Italian writers and books to be translated abroad; publishing houses whose catalogue already includes Italian titles; professionals with at least 3 years of experience in the publishing field; publishers who have not participated at the Rights Centre in the last 2 years.
The Invitation Program includes:
• a round-trip economy class flight ticket to Rome (arrival: 3 December; departure: 6 December);
• 3 nights hotel accommodation;
• free customized table at the Rights Centre on the 4th and 5th of December;
• free access to the b2b matching platform before the Fair, in order to schedule appointments with Italian exhibitors;
• light lunch during the b2b meetings;
• shuttle bus between the hotel and fair building and vice versa;
• 1 entrance pass, valid for every day of the fair;
• participation in the Italian publishing market conference, organized by the Research Department of the Italian Publishers Association;
• free wi-fi.
Application deadline
The application deadline is June 28th, 2024. The selection will be made after this date. Organizers will send a communication about the results to all the appliers.
The Invitation Program is realized with the support of the Italian Trade Agency (ITA/ICE).
